As part of an in-house project, Aspire Education briefed me to design visual concepts for an Academy Workbook, intended for use by delegates during educational sessions.

The goal was to steer away from a traditional corporate aesthetic and create a workbook that felt approachable, playful, and engaging. We aimed to foster a sense of ownership, encouraging delegates to actively interact with the workbook—making notes, scribbling, and personalizing it as they wished.

Every design element in this initial mock-up was meticulously crafted with the audience in mind—individuals seeking raw, honest educational experiences. From the thoughtfully chosen quotes and typography to the purposeful use of photography, each detail contributes to a cohesive design that is both intentional and meaningful.
